When Michelle first started in public practice, she saw accounting as a profession focused on numbers and compliance. Over time, she came to appreciate that the real value lies in helping people navigate important decisions, build confidence in their future, and achieve goals that matter to them.

Since beginning her career in 2017, Michelle has worked with a diverse range of clients across various industries, building strong technical expertise while developing a genuine appreciation for the relationships behind the numbers. These experiences have reinforced her belief that every client has a unique story, set of goals and challenges, and that meaningful advice extends far beyond compliance requirements.

As a manager, Michelle enjoys working closely with her clients to provide practical guidance, helping them navigate complex financial matters and make informed decisions with confidence. She takes pride in building long-term relationships and supporting clients through the different stages of their personal and business journeys.

As someone who has always valued learning from others and believes that learning and development are investments in the future, she enjoys supporting and mentoring junior team members, taking the time to share her knowledge and help them develop their own careers.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys reading, cooking, discovering new cafés, spending time at the beach and making the most of the outdoors. These days, her focus is on building a meaningful future, both professionally and personally, while continuing to grow, learn and make a positive impact on those around her.
