What the work actually looks like
BLG is a team of around 80 people in Wollongong, working with owner-led businesses across accounting, tax, structuring, succession and wealth. You won’t be handed one function and left there. Files move across specialisations, so you see how a tax decision changes a client’s structure, and how a structuring decision changes their succession plan.
Directors and managers work alongside the team. Questions get answered the same day. Training happens inside the work: monthly in-house sessions, tax workshops run by an external provider, and case studies presented by directors, drawn from real client work.
