Luke Bland

With more than 20 years of experience in accounting and business advisory, Luke is dedicated to helping clients navigate complex financial and business challenges with confidence. Since joining BLG in 2005, Luke has built a reputation for delivering practical, commercially focused advice that helps clients achieve their goals.

Luke believes effective advice goes beyond technical expertise. He takes the time to understand each client’s unique circumstances, working closely with them to identify opportunities, solve problems, and implement strategies that support both their business and personal objectives. His ability to combine technical knowledge with practical solutions has made him a trusted adviser to a diverse range of clients.

Over the course of his career, Luke has advised on a wide variety of business, taxation, and wealth management matters. He has particular expertise in business structuring, strategic planning, succession planning, and self-managed superannuation funds. He also plays an important role in mentoring and developing the next generation of accounting professionals within BLG.

Outside the office, Luke enjoys travelling, surfing, and keeping active through endurance and obstacle events. He is a dedicated volunteer patrol member with Fairy Meadow Surf Life Saving Club and supports the Crohn’s & Colitis Association, a cause that has been close to him since his teenage years. Luke and his wife, Sarah, also share their home with Donnie, their much-loved French Bulldog.
